Rate variations for the Xfinity-COMCAST Internet service are possible during the course of the season.
Please, make sure that your PC has Intel Core i5 and your modem supports this speed.

All offers have a minimum of 4 months of internet service. Prices may be changed at any time without further notice.
WARNING: If the internet cable has been cut outside of your home, a technician is needed. The fee is $70.00.
TO ACTIVATE YOUR MODEM: Connect your modem by following these steps: Screw the coax cable in to the modem. Then, connect the power and wait between 2 to 5 minutes so that the 4 lights are on. If this is the case you must contact ClickTel to activate your modem, which can take up to 48 business hours.
If these lights do not light properly (only two or three) it means that there is a problem with your Comcast-Xfinity wiring. So ClickTel must schedule a visit with a COMCAST technician at your home.
A $70.00 technician charge will appears on your first bill. The technician will activate your modem on site. A technician is sometimes necessary for reasons such as cables disconnected outside, modem rental, etc.
IMPORTANT: THE GUARANTEE DEPOSIT
For those who do not have a US Social Security Number (NSN), a COMCAST WARRANTY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. THE AMOUNT IS $ 100.00. Your deposit is not for paying your bills.
If you do not pay your monthly bill, Comcast may suspend your service and charge you a non-payment and reactivation fees.
When closing your internet account (after a minimum of 4 months of services) you will receive your balance by check or by CC, prorated on the closing date.
PLEASE NOTE: When you open a new Internet account with Comcast, it is required to have an appointment with a Comcast technician. The fee is $70.00. However, if your internet cables are still connected outside of your home and you have your own modem, we may be able to cancel your appointment, and to avoid being charged $70.00.
HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR MODEM: to connect your modem, upon arrival, please follow these steps: Screw the coaxial cable onto the modem. Then, connect the electricity and wait between 2 to 5 minutes so that the 4 lights stabilize permanently on your modem (light online and Internet). If this is the case you must call us immediately to cancel the visit of the technician who was scheduled 3 days after your arrival. As a result of your call, ClickTel will activate your modem remotely, within 24 to 48 business hours after the modem is connected.
If these lights do not light properly (only two or three) it means that there is a problem with your Comcast-Xfinity cables. ClickTel must maintain the scheduled visit of the COMCAST technician at your place.
If a technician is needed at your place, you will not have to pay for it. The internet service installation fee will be included in your first bill. The Comcast technician will activate your modem on site. The intervention of a technician is sometimes necessary for reasons such as cables disconnected outside, modem rental, etc.
